Doublexx Records ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you sign up for our notification lists, including through forms on Facebook and Instagram, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you sign up for a ticket alert or notification list, we collect the details you submit: your first name, your email address and your mobile phone number.

How we use it

We use your name, email and phone number to contact you by email and text message to:

- notify you when tickets for the event you signed up for go on sale;
- send you information about that event, such as date, time and venue updates;
- occasionally tell you about future Doublexx Records events and releases.

Signing up for a notification list is free. It does not reserve a ticket or guarantee entry to any event.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we will text you about the event you signed up for and its ticket sales. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. We do not share mobile numbers or text message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as our email delivery, text messaging and ticketing platforms, and only so they can perform those services for us. Forms shown on Facebook and Instagram are provided by Meta, which processes your submission under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text message. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to [CONTACT EMAIL].

Age

Our events and notification lists are intended for people aged 21 and over.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
